How do I set my wireless audio device back to factory defaults and add it back to my network?

This will reset your wireless audio device to factory settings and clear the network configuration. After a reset has been performed, there is no way to recover the previous user configured settings.

Bravado, Forte, and Unison

• Press and hold the power button on your Bravado or Forte for 10 seconds. There will be two chimes indicating a factory reset. Release the button following the second chime. The LED will begin to flash rapidly indicating that the unit has begun the reset
• Once the Wi-Fi indicator LED begins to pulse slowly the unit is ready to be set up again.

Cadence and Verse

•  From the menu choose ‘Service> Factory Reset> At Home > Yes’. The soundbar will respond indicate a factory reset. Once complete, your soundbar will be reset to factory default home settings. 
• Once the Wi-Fi Setup and Status button begins to pulse slowly the unit is ready to be set up again.

Crescendo

• For approximately 5 seconds, insert a pin or other small object into the small hole above the “Reset” label on back of the speaker. The “Wi-Fi Setup and Status” LED will briefly turn green and then rapidly blink green for approximately fifteen seconds. 
• Once the “Wi-Fi Setup and Status” LED begins blinking slowly green the unit is ready to be set up again..

Crescendo X

• For 3 seconds or longer, insert a pin or other small object into the small hole above the “Reset” label on back of the speaker. There will be two chimes indicating a factory reset. Release the button following the second chime. The LED will begin to flash rapidly indicating that the unit has begun the reset.
• Once the “Wi-Fi Setup and Status” LED  begins to pulse slowly the unit is ready to be set up again.

Motion Vision X

•  From the menu choose ‘SERVCE > RESET > AT.HOME > CONFRM > YES’. The soundbar will respond with ‘RESETNG’ and there will be two chimes indicating a factory reset. Once complete, your soundbar will be reset to factory default home settings. 
• Once the Wi-Fi Setup and Status button  begins to pulse slowly the unit is ready to be set up again.
