Front LED is flashing purple on my Crescendo or Crescendo X.

Flashing purple indicates the speaker is set to Wireless/Ethernet input, but no network is detected.
If connected via an Ethernet cable, check to make sure the cable is attached to a router and that the router is functioning properly.
If connected via Wi-Fi, make sure your router is on and functioning properly. Unplug your router’s power, wait thirty seconds, and plug it back in.
Check to make sure your speaker is properly configured to connect to your network. If you have a Crescendo, the speaker only functions on 2.4 GHz networks. Crescendo X will function on both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz networks.
