Front LED is flashing purple on my Crescendo or Crescendo X.

  • Flashing purple indicates the speaker is set to Wireless/Ethernet input, but no network is detected.
  • If connected via an Ethernet cable, check to make sure the cable is attached to a router and that the router is functioning properly.
  • If connected via Wi-Fi, make sure your router is on and functioning properly. Unplug your router’s power, wait thirty seconds, and plug it back in.
  • Check to make sure your speaker is properly configured to connect to your network. If you have a Crescendo, the speaker only functions on 2.4 GHz networks. Crescendo X will function on both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz networks.
