Order Processing and Shipping Details

Thank you for choosing MartinLogan! We're thrilled to handle your order. Your order will typically be processed with utmost care within 2-3 business days from the purchase date.

Free Standard Shipping (Continental US and Canada)

Orders above US$300.00 fulfilled and shipped by MartinLogan enjoy complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States and Canada. Please note, this offer excludes bulk orders and oversized items, and it doesn't cover customs or handling fees. Kindly be aware that this offer might change without prior notice.

Shipping Timelines and Notifications

Most items are shipped within 2-10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Please ensure a physical delivery address whenever possible. Orders above US$300 require a signature upon receipt.

Upon order placement, you'll receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your details. Once shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details will follow. Tracking information might take 1-2 business days to appear. Due to higher than-usual volumes, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

Shipping Details

Items will ship as they become available. For in-stock items, we aim to process within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, typically within 2-10 business days.

Please note that heavy and large items, which require pallets, may require additional time. These items will often be shipped with a tailgate. These items may require additional handling charges. With larger items, it is often useful to have two people available to receive your product.

Undeliverable Packages

Missed a delivery? You'll receive a card detailing pickup or a carrier will contact you for a delivery appointment. For undeliverable packages, contact our Inside Sales to avoid extra shipping charges.

Damaged Packaging

Inspect packages upon receipt; if damaged, reject the delivery and inform our Inside Sales team for alternative arrangements.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy is applicable to products directly purchased from our MartinLogan Online Store within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our Inside Sales team for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Remember, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition to avoid restocking fees.

Restocking Fee Details

If any original documents, carton, packaging materials, remotes, hardware, or other components are missing upon return, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Moreover, failure to return the item in its original condition or with missing parts might incur additional restocking charges.

Please note: The Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned product's package. For added security, we recommend choosing a traceable shipping method, as all additional costs, including shipping charges, are the responsibility of the customer for returning the product to MartinLogan.

Refund Process

  • You may only return item(s) within 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
  • The item(s) must be in like-new condition and packaged correctly with the original carton, packaging, accessories and manuals. We will not accept item(s) that are not in the original factory cartons. Incomplete or improperly packaged items(s) may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges for returned item(s).
  • Call (785) 749-0133 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within the specified time frame of the said item.
  • Please print the RMA Number on the return shipping label affixed to the outside of the package(s). Do not write on the original factory cartons as this may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the packages(s) via insured FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking number as MartinLogan is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
