Subwoofer output must be turned on. If using a wired connection, use the menu to select “Subwoofer> Wired Sub”. If using a wireless subwoofer connection sync your wireless subwoofer receiver to your subwoofer and turn on output by selecting “Subwoofer > Wireless Subwoofer > Sync Subwoofer”.
Crescendo
Turn on the subwoofer by pressing the Sub Out button on the back of the speaker.
Check that the external sub is turned on.
