What if I can’t connect my subwoofer to the MartinLogan Subwoofer Control app?

Created: Jul 17 2018 | Updated: Aug 24 2018

Dynamo 1600X, 1100X, 800X, 600X feature advanced control systems utilizing a Bluetooth connection with an Android or iOS device.

If you cannot connect to your subwoofer with the app, first make sure that your subwoofer is set to “App” control on it’s amp panel, this is available on a toggle switch labelled “Setting Control”.  Next, make sure that you are not connected to the subwoofer with the ARC (Anthem Room Correction) app since it can only connect to one at a time (you may need to force close the app, not just return to your home screen). If you still cannot connect to your subwoofer, try unplugging it, leaving it unplugged for 10 seconds then plugging it back in and try again.  If you are still unsuccessful, contact our technical support team.

Uncompromising performance. Unflinching accuracy. Unwavering reliability. Harnessing the myriad technical advantages of electrostatic principles to recreate sound in its truest form—this is what MartinLogan is all about.
